Project Overview
Digital platforms handling medical and psychological recovery data must operate under the strictest standards of privacy and security. Vanilla Recovery Hub was engineered from the ground up to provide a safe, compassionate, and impenetrable environment for patients and providers.
The architecture utilizes end-to-end encryption for all patient records and communications. The platform facilitates secure video consultations via custom WebRTC integrations, entirely bypassing third-party software to guarantee absolute confidentiality.
Beyond security, the UI was designed with extreme empathy. We implemented high-contrast modes, simplified navigation hierarchies, and cognitive-load-reducing layouts to ensure the platform is highly accessible and non-overwhelming for individuals in recovery.
