Project Overview
Modern educational institutions handle vast amounts of highly sensitive data—from academic transcripts to financial records. Legacy paper systems or disjointed spreadsheets are incredibly inefficient and insecure. We architected a unified School Management Cloud to entirely digitize the institutional workflow.
The platform relies on a complex, highly optimized relational database architecture capable of associating thousands of students with specific courses, grades, attendance records, and financial accounts instantly. Automated algorithms handle GPA calculations, generate report cards, and flag students requiring academic intervention.
Security and access control are paramount. We implemented strict, multi-tier Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). A student sees only their personal dashboard, a teacher manages only their assigned classes, and administrators possess macroscopic visibility and control, ensuring total data integrity.
